Dear officer in charge:
 
I am not sure is this the place to sent the compliment letter, however pls sent my thanks for all your Drs, staffs, nurses in your hospital who was attending me.
They really made my first time hospitalization experience wonderful. I also want to sent the my special thanks to two nurses by the name of An Nooraini and San Muzanah. They are taking care of their patient with heart and soul. They treat me as one of their family member with professionality. I still remember that night when i was in hospital, because of food poisoning, i can not eat and drink. i was very thirsty, and i told one of them, and she is quite worry about it and explain to me that why i can not drink anything, at same time she provide me a cup of water and let me wet my lips. I feel that this is kind of personal touch and i really appreicate that as a patient.
Even one of the them call me "cute guy", I hope that i will not see them again. But pls set them as an example for all the nurses so that your service lever will go far beyond expectation for all other patients.
